MEMBER CARE COORDINATOR: Our Member Care Coordinators have the first interaction with both members and potential members and are an important point of contact throughout a member’s time with the club. A friendly, helpful attitude is crucial, as is a commitment to making the members’ overall experience in the club a positive one. The ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure and the ability to multi-task are a must. General responsibilities include greeting members as they come into the club, answering the phone in a friendly manner, assisting Fitness Consultants in the setting up of new memberships, reviewing member accounts, addressing customer questions and concerns, and taking care of daily club administrative duties.
FITNESS CONSULTANT: Our Fitness Consultants introduce potential new members to the gym. They help potential new members find the membership that best works for them, take them on a tour of the club, introduce them to the Personal Training team, and answer any questions that they may have. An upbeat, friendly attitude and the ability to interact well with others are important. Responsibilities include making contact with prospective members both on the phone and in person, maintaining appointment requirements, handling customer service issues, marketing and selling memberships, and completing daily assigned administration. We will provide training and are happy to help qualified candidates advance their careers.
MEMBERSHIP SALES MANAGER: Our Membership Sales Managers are at the heart of our membership sales team. They manage the other Fitness Consultants at the club and are excellent teachers and motivators. Membership Sales Managers share the responsibility of introducing potential new members to the gym with the Fitness Consultants and provide an example for the rest of the team to follow. Responsibilities include marketing and selling memberships, managing a small sales staff and inspiring the team to hit assigned goals, making daily contact with prospective members both on the phone and in person, maintaining appointment requirements, keeping the club clean and promptly reporting any facility issues, and handling customer service concerns in a professional and friendly manner. The Sales Manager reports daily to the General Manager.
GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR: Our Group Fitness Instructors are an important part of the energy and atmosphere of the club. Instructors motivate and lead our members through exciting and challenging workouts and help members stay committed to reaching their goals. Responsibilities include planning and executing an excellent workout routine, arriving at least 10 minutes before class, monitoring the sign-in sheet, reporting numbers to the front desk, and assisting in promoting and generating attendance for classes. We currently have instructors teaching Cycling, Zumba®, SilverSneakers®, Abs, Yoga, and more. All applicants will be reviewed for current openings and also have the option of being added to our sub list.
PERSONAL TRAINER: Our Personal Trainers have the most ongoing interaction with our individual members and are key to the Just Fitness vision. Members are our first priority and our Personal Trainers work with members one on one to ensure that they are on track to reach their goals. Responsibilities include providing positive and challenging one-on-one workouts for members, performing monthly fitness evaluations to assess progress, and providing accountability in the area of nutrition. Candidates should have good communication skills and must be able to work well with our members.

PERSONAL TRAINING MANAGER: Our Personal Training Managers lead the Personal Training staff in providing excellent service to our members. They continually motivate our trainers to improve and are key to helping members find the perfect training package. PT Managers handle most of the sales in the PT department and must understand and believe in the benefit of personal training. Responsibilities include managing the personal training staff, marketing and selling personal training packages, inspiring the sales team to hit assigned goals, making daily contact with prospective members both on the phone and in person, maintaining appointment requirements, keeping the club clean and promptly reporting any facility issues, and handling customer service concerns in a professional and friendly manner. The PT Manager reports daily to the General Manager.
Personal training certification (NASM Preferred)
GENERAL MANAGER: Our General Managers are at the head of our clubs and are directly involved in every aspect of club production, maintenance, and customer service. GMs meet their own daily production requirements and motivate the rest of the Membership Sales team to do the same. GMs also monitor Personal Training and ensure that the PT team are meeting their requirements. Excellent customer service and a commitment to our members are a must and GMs set the example for the rest of the staff by excelling in these areas. GM responsibilities also include maintaining a positive and clean atmosphere in the gym, handling daily customer service issues, answering employees’ questions and serving as the point of contact between employees and the Corporate Office, reviewing employee payroll, working with the Marketing Department to promote the club, and engaging in promotional and service activities in the community. Prior experience in gym management is a must. *Please note that at present all our General Manager positions are filled.
