About LILBURN

Just Fitness 4U of Lilburn is located at the intersection of Lawrenceville Highway and Beaver Ruin Road next to Gwinnett College in the center of Lilburn. Within our 19,000 square ft. facility we have an wide variety of equipment to suit your fitness needs and aid you in reaching your goals. Our facility features full lines of the most popular exercise machines, pin and plate loaded, as well as a full free-weight room. We are proud to debut our athletic turf lined Functional Training Station area at this club. And following suit with all of our other gyms we are bringing with us the exclusive cardio experience known as the Cardio Cinema. Don’t fret gym locker rooms ever again while you are a member of Just Fitness, because we welcome you to use our executive style locker rooms with carpet flooring, private showers, complete with lounge for when you’re waiting for your training partner to show up. We sincerely welcome you to come check out our facility for yourself, and see what sort of fitness experience we have in store for you.

Cycling

Cycling is a great workout to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. It is high intensity interval training, but is open to all fitness levels- workouts are performed to music on a stationary bike and participants choose their own personal training intensity.

Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party. It fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves for a dynamic fitness program that will tone and sculpt your body while you get a great cardiovascular workout.

Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minutes journey of yoga and pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress, and even smile!
